Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the tour start date, a 10% deduction from the total tour cost will apply.
• For cancellations made 29 to 22 days before the tour start date, a 25% non-refundable fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made 21 to 16 days before the tour start date will incur a 60% non-refundable fee.
• If you cancel 15 days or less before the tour start date, 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after verification.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
